I started CrossFit about 6 years ago.  I am a mom of 4, so finding extra personal activities that fit into my schedule can be hard.  A friend invited me to a class, and I knew that this sport was exactly what I needed. I found a great deal of pride and accomplishment every time I learned a new skill, got a PR or just made it to the gym that day!

The thing that I love most about CrossFit is that it can be adjusted to fit each and every persons needs individually and that the strength and skills transfer over to your every day life. I even did CrossFit into my 8th month of pregnancy at 37 years old, that requires a pretty good amount of changes to every day CrossFit workouts!
Nicole and Kara suggested that I start coaching and have allowed me to cultivate the Flying Fortress Bootcamp.  I love helping other people achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves that they can be! I have also found that though coaching, I am becoming a better athlete.

I am very proud to be a part of the FFCF community and coaching staff. I am excited to see how we grow and impact the lives of our current and future crew!
